Hal Wolf – Senior Health Care and Informatics Executive

Hal WolfHarold F. Wolf III (Hal) is an internationally respected health care and informatics executive. CEO of Wolf Healthcare Innovations, LLC, Hal is a leading authority on integrated care models and mHealth development and implementation, working with International health systems and organizations on end-to-end operations, commissioning, data and architectural design. Hal is engaged with established companies and start-ups in support of Care Delivery and m-Health product development and distribution.

Hal is Board Member of the world wide HIMSS Board of Managers and an advisor to the North American HIMSS Board of Directors. He serves as a board member and officer of the International Care Delivery Alliance and the Certification Commission for Healthcare Information Technology. Hal’s knowledge sharing and partnering are experienced through guest lectures in the United States, Asia and in Europe, as a visiting professor at the Maersk Mc-Kinney Moeller Institute, University of Southern Denmark and at the Center for Innovative Medical Technology at Odense University Hospital.

Hal continues to add successful operational, strategic and technical innovation to consulting partners around the world and serves as a Senior Advisor to McKinsey and Company and ADVI, LLC.

Hal’s former role as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Kaiser Permanente, The Permanente Federation, represented the over 16,000 physicians in Kaiser, responsible for the development and implementation of critical care delivery strategies, data management and governance, population care management environments and the implementation of unique innovations as well as large scale programs that impacted end to end operations.

 Hal progressed to Kaiser Permanente after serving as CIO of E-Business, Corporate Systems and Wholesale Division of Quest Communications/USWest. Previous endeavors include working internationally in the deployment of interactive television services in operations, content and business development, along with senior business management positions with Time Warner and MTV Networks.

Hal holds degrees from Wake Forest University and North Carolina State University.
